How much would it be for a video recording company to document a 3 week event and than make 40 copies?

I have a project due and I need to know how much it’d be for a company to record kids doing activities at a summer camp that lasts 3 weeks long. Than they’d need to edit it and make around 40 copies so that the parents of the children can optionally get one at the end of the camp session. please help me!
