how do i convert a myspace video to mp3?

i want to download my friends song which is on a myspace video and convert it to mp3 to put in my ipod. please don’t recommend any sites that are for youtube, theres millions of them and it’s not youtube i want it’s myspace.
i have asked my friend to email me the video ( it isn’t on mp3) but am still waiting for it nearly a week later, which is why i am looking for a convertor so i can do it myself.
